Louisiana Values does not process payments directly. All digital products are sold through the GenXYearOne Payhip store at payhip.com/genxyearone. When you click a 'Shop' or 'Visit Our Payhip Store' button on this site, you are taken to Payhip's secure checkout, which is operated by Payhip Inc.

Your purchase is governed by Payhip's Terms of Service and the seller settings configured in the GenXYearOne Payhip account. Louisiana Values does not have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.

If you have a question about a purchase, did not receive your download, or would like to request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your Payhip order confirmation number and the product name. We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to resolve the issue.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned,' refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our products and will make it right if something went wrong with your purchase.
